  • Identified four distinct segments among the bank's savings account holders by analyzing their behavior with debit and credit cards exploiting bank database, resulting in focused strategies, including email campaigns and social media advertising.
  • Collaborated with regional machine learning teams to enhance insights for the national savings business by sharing my ad-hoc analysis, resulting in a significant 5% increase in the machine learning model's performance.
  • Calculated the break-even point for new savings accounts in the context of a national campaign by creating optimistic and pessimistic scenarios and as a result, justified the investment of 1 million CAD.

SAVINGS PRODUCTS ANALYST

  • Developed a pricing strategy for our commodity product, Fixed Term Deposits, through a correlation model between our offer and the 'peers' resulting in a continuous monthly increase of 0.1% in market share.
  • Developed a daily liability balance monitoring dashboard for senior management forums that allowed them to take actions during the 2021 electoral period and thus recover 55% of what was impacted in 2 months.
  • Challenged the Savings Accounts Executives sales channel, leading them to historically grow from 4.4 to 14.6 million CAD as monthly balance deposits. This goal was supported by market and historical information.

  • Co-elaborated business case for the mobile bank application’s development by calculating future sales and app engagement, resulting in an early investment of 4.4 million CAD.
  • Developed dashboards to show KPIs of digital credit sales and money transactions using Tableau for senior executives resulting in weekly presentations for senior executives and a decrease of 50% of checkpoint’s preparation time.
